Responsibilities:

  • Assist in execution and follow through the progress of various training
  • Provide logistics and administrative support, including training course enrolment, attendance list, training venue set up and training schedule arrangement etc
  • Review and maintain training database and consolidate training reports for management review
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for Distribution Department
  • Maintain Company Website, brochure and all associates marketing materials with up to date information 
  • Develop high quality, professional and consistent proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate logistics of marketing materials including couriers, printing, packaging, etc.
  • Develop, implement and support the marketing plans
  • Develop, organize and support the company’s internal and external functions and events
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 1 year clerical or relevant experience
  • Can-do attitude, organized and detail-minded 
  • Proactive, creative and energetic
  • High priority for teamwork 
  • Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skills and good communication skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin in written and verbal 
  • Proficient in MS Office, other related computer software: Illustrator, Photoshop, Web Design, Video Production is an advantage
  • Enable to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fresh graduate will be considerated
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
