Client Details
Our client is an Art Gallery with regular collaborations and exhibitions organized in APAC region, they are currently looking to recruit an Operation Associate to support their operations.
Description
- Monitor inventory status and ensure the artworks are properly handled and organized
- Assist in regular inventory audit to maintain accurate storage record
- Coordinate with service provider for shipping documents preparation, insurance, and special packing arrangement for artworks
- Monitor delivery status to ensure cargos arrived before exhibitions and monitor installation process
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Art, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other equivalent
- 2 years of experience in logistics operation in auction house, gallery, or art related firm
- Strong analytical skills with numerical sense
- Organized and detail-oriented individual
- Excellent command in both English and Chinese
