Our client, a HK catering group, is seeking for an Operation Manager to support their business in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and drive performance of the restaurants to achieve targets and KPIs including but not limited to Sales, P&L, Food Cost, QSC standard of the Company
  • Ensure all services standard and merchandising are meet with Company's requirement / standard and fulfill the expectation of the customers
  • Work closely with all functional teams to monitor / review / improve operational actions to drive business results
  • Plan for substantial operational growth and expansion of the business by brands
  • Assist to explore and develop new brand to bring new concept of dining experience of Japanese cuisine

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder of Hospitality Management, Operations Management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years managerial experience in restaurant administration and operations management in F&B industry
  • Strong business acumen with cost conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
  • Hands-on skill in setting up and running Japanese cuisine plus exposure in multiple brands operations
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Japanese skill is definitely a bonus
