Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ calls, emails and faxes for medical service enquiries and complaints in professional, timely and effective manner.
  • Perform data entry in systems and maintain service records and logs
  • Follow up and co-ordinate with network clinics, internal departments and external customers for various matters
  • Shift duties and flexible working hours
  • Provide other administrative support as assigned.



  • F6 or above, at least 1-2 years’ working experience in customer services, hotline handling or related discipline.
  • Knowledge in medical network, healthcare or insurance would be an advantage
  • Fast learner, customer-service mindset, self-discipline, attention to detail, good time management, can work under pressure
  • Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in Cantonese, good command of verbal and written English; Mandarin/Putonghua will be a plus.
  • Good computer skills
