A renowned restaurant group with sound presence and business development across Asia is growing rapidly, to cope with their expansion, they are now inviting high caliber to manage their outlets as an Operations Director.

Job Descriptions
  • Manage multiple outlets for assigned restaurant brands
  • Assess, recruit, lead, manage, develop and retain a high performance team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Identify and recommend new store locations for both Hong Kong and China
  • Ensure long term business growth in accordance with the company vision, core values and established policies and procedures
  • Participate in annual, mid and long term financial and marketing plans as well as the budgeting in accordance with the group's business and marketing strategies
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction with the quality and standards of the food and service

Job Responsibilities
  • Degree holder in Business Administration
  • Post graduate degree holder will be preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant operations management with at least 5 years in a senior managerial level
  • Track record of developing restaurant brand from scratch to successful operation
  • Strong knowledge and experience in multi-outlet food and beverage operations, new outlet launch, branding and marketing
  • High ability in complex problem, strategic thinking & analytical skills
  • Proven experience in customer service and customer engagement management
