Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing all-round administrative and operations support to the team and members
  • Provide high level of customer service in our private members lounge and event venue
  • Greeting guest and members and handling enquiries of members in a professional manner
  • Maintain the workspaces at a high standard at all times, which includes facilities and environment management
  • Build up good relationship with members and manage membership database
  • Collaborate with internal parties to support events logistics and ensure all events run effectively and efficiently
  • Handle ad hoc assignments or project as required

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • 1 – 2 years’ customer services experience, preferably gained from frontline customer interaction, hospitality or business center with knowledge of virtual office
  • Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different culture background
  • Passionate, friendly, pleasant with professional manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
