Report to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager is required to participate in all aspects of the Group’s administrative and business operation matters including leasing, management and projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Planning and improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the Group’s different business prospects and overall administration.
  2. Support better management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning.
  3. Develop and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of coordination and communication between all support and business functions.
  4. Monitor workflows and departmental practices to comply with the Group’s policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure prompt follow up and execution of the business plans and operations of the leasing department and the launching of sales and development projects.
  6. Ensure all projects are completed on time, on brief and on budget.
  7. Support the Managing Director in all aspect of business and management assignments.
  8. Perform ad-hoc assignments from time to time required.

Requirements

  1. Holder of a recognized degree.
  2. Proven record of at least 5 years managerial experiences in business operations and management, gained from property leasing management and/or investment companies are essential.
  3. Good property markets knowledge and information.
  4. Accounting knowledge and working experience is an added advantage.
  5. Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
  6. Good knowledge of computer and software applications.
  7. Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, good teamwork and communication ability. Occasional work outside Hong Kong is required.
  8. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
