Operations Manager / Factory Manager

Job Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Good knowledge of manufacturing process of Electroplating, Plastic Injection Molding or Metal Stamping will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English and Mandarin
Job Duties
- Work closely with cross function team
- Monitor the daily operations of the production line
- Identify new technologies and methods for the manufacturing process improvement
- Handle cost control, manpower planning and allocation
- Monitor the production schedule in order to achieve on-time delivery
- Provide technical advice and trouble-shooting
