Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Operations and front-line staffs management
  • Participate in new retail BU operations procedure and control set up
  • Lead, develop and manage operations team to achieve company targets sales, pillar planning, service standards, and other regular and ad-hoc objectives
  • Drive operational excellence and deploy best practices across all operation aspects to meet or exceed business targets as well as customer satisfaction
  • Drive operations manpower planning, coach and energize a large team of front-line staff to provide excellent service and maximize business results; and to build good platforms for their career advancement and development
  • Drive all-rounded business development plan from product assortment, pricing, promotion, inventory and warehouse management and retail operation
  • Oversee sales and operational planning process, and monitor implementation
  • Formulate proper sales strategies and drive sales
  • Minimize operating costs and optimize the operating resources through effective process management
  • Work collaborate with internal departments and contribute to the effective implementation of sales activities, business promotion initiatives and merchandising plans at shop level
  • Analyze store daily performance with insights to be proposed for short/long term initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • At least 8 years relevant experience in which 5 years at operation management level in retail; with experience in managing beauty and cosmetics store will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Be strategic, passion in work, creative and details mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player, self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
  • Good planning skill organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
  • Base in store and work on shift hours
