ELEVATE is seeking a motivated, high- energy Operations Manager to lead program management and implementation for Worker Engagement, a global team based in San Francisco and hina that is proving the business value of bottom-up worker insight. You will play a key role in delivering and scaling ELEVATE's Worker Engagement services, including overseeing client engagement, coordination, on-site implementation and continuous improvement. You will report to the Head of Operations for Worker Engagement.

Responsibilities 

  1. Oversee critical processes/ functions to successfully deliver Worker Engagement products against defined contacts and deadlines:
    • Manage relationships with buyers and supplier to achieve survey objectives to surface more reliable risk data, improve compliance, strengthen management systems, measure impact or improve worker well-being
    • Use Wrike for project management, including proactively managing team workload, deadlines and launch planning.
    • Identify process and team improvement opportunities; create affiliated action plans or ad- hoc teams to achieve efficiencies, consistency and quality.
    • Monitor key performance metrics for client satisfaction, on-time delivery, etc.
    • Collaborate with team members and any direct reports in a way that inspires a sense of ownership and expands the team's capacity
  2. Manage and deliver a scalable  model for Integrated Assessment + Worker Survey along with the Assessment team:
    • Train auditors, staff and factories in multiple countries on worker survey implementation approaches and best practices
    • Manage the communication with various assessment team counterparts, including coordinators, internal trainers, auditors, report reviewer and client service team
    • Help respond to and handle operational challenges, including scheduling issues, survey onsite delivery troubleshooting, auditors'level of support
    • Gather regular feedback to make suggestions on process and system optimization
  3. Support data analysis and reporting for Worker Engagement services, together with the Data & Analytics team: 
    • Interpret worker data and survey findings through the lens of business objectives mentioned above, to drive sustainable improvement, an communicate key findings to clients
    • Coordinate cross- functionally to create efficient workflows among product, data and technology teams, and flag priorities for automation.
    • Support data analysis and report review for large programs to identify trends, areas of risk, and opportunities for improvement. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Detailed- oriented and self- motivated
  • Comfortable using various online tools and platforms for project management and survey implementation
  • Comfortable working independently and working remotely with other team members in various locations/ countries
  • Have strong organization, interpersonal and problem- solving skill
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Social Science or similar discipline or equivalent work experience

Professional Experience

  • At least 3 years or more experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) field 
  • Experience in leading projects, managing operations, process development or improvement and impact evaluation
  • Good knowledge of human rights and social compliance related topics, including forced labor, freedom of association, social insurance, working hours and wages
  • Experience interpreting analysis and communicating to non- technical audiences.
