What you’ll do?

  • Lead highly visible projects to the company’s C-suite. Drive cross-functional and cross-regional projects to improve customer service, operational and compliance processes
  • Analyze data to uncover efficiency improvement opportunities and develop data metrics to track impact and progress
  • Optimise processes and resources for content production and customer service operations
  • Support the design and implement improvement on the booking and physical fulfillment process
  • Redesign merchant onboarding and merchant operational processes such as contracts, settlements, content editing, data reporting etc
  • Develop roadmap for a cross regional physical fulfillment team, involving physical inventory management, logistics fulfillment & offline exposure at strategic locations such as airports and city centers

What you’ll need?

  • 4 - 8 years in operations in industries like travel, ecommerce, logistics, or tech startups
  • Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills. Excel proficiency highly preferred
  • Experience in travel products such as Attractions & Shows, Transportation (eg. airline, railway, private cars), Car Rental, Tours & Activities is a plus
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environment
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
  • Bachelor's degree or above
