Position: Operations Support Supervisor APAC

Location: Hong Kong


Sales Administration

  • Provide daily administrative support in relation to sales and logistics
  • Assist in following up order processing and handling shipping / logistics documents
  • Prepare sales quotation and sales invoices
  • Streamline and document work procedures to improve efficiency of operations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist sales team to on-board new customers and maintain good relationship with them
  • Handle general enquiries of customers
  • Maintain up-do-date filing of records
  • Work closely with internal & external parties to ensure timely service are delivered


  • Supervise daily 3PL operations
  • Monitor transportation and 3PL’ KPIs during monthly Steering Committees.
  • Demand & Distribution Planning
  • Organize inventory and storage quality control check regularly to identify the inventory condition of overage, shortage, loss or damage
  • Analyse data to monitor cost and performance
  • Co-ordinate with internal sales department & external partners to standardize logistics project
  • Monitor shipping schedule, freight quotation, shipment consolidation, as well as arrange and liaise sea/air shipments with forwarders
  • Managing the import & export declarations for APAC countries.
  • Perform Ad Hoc duties assigned by the management


  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years solid experience in sales administration and logistics coordination
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with internal and external parties
  • With strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Hands-on with a builder mindset and proactively in providing constructive solutions
  • IT Oriented - proficient in Microsoft office and Chinese word processing. Experience in SAP is definitely a plus
  • Immediately availability is highly preferred
