Description

Partner with regional human resources teams and business leaders to implement employee engagement strategies. This can include talent systems, mentoring programs, succession planning, driving HR transformation, etc.

Oversee entire change management process to successfully deliver the changes

Lead and implement change management methodologies for the rollout of SAP SucessFactor S4 system

Development Corporate Training Programs

Collaborate with other HR team to design training programs and Work with corporate leadership to identify individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development.Ensure that key talent gets needed resources and information to effectively lead and organisation towards strategic goals. In addition, also ensure that leadership development happens at an appropriate level that meets the current and future needs of their company.

Manage Orientation for New Employees

Managing new hire orientation and onboarding experiences for new employees. Lead and assist in the creation of internal company career paths such as an onboarding process which helps to identify high potential individuals, determine work abilities, and professional support needed to engage and retain new talent.

Conduct Talent Assessments

Giving career and talent assessments to employees by utilising leadership development strategies, tools, and processes to identify learning needs and employee competencies. Analysed talent assessments and performance management results fill key skill gaps. Evaluating talent to help identify employee readiness, talent gaps, and retention risks.

Measure Overall Training Effectiveness

Establishing ways to measure the total effectiveness of all learning and development programs. Carefully monitor and report training data and statistics. After analysing this information, focus on improving employee abilities and strengthening the skill set of a company's existing workforce.

Profile

Requirements:

* Minimum years in Organization Development, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching or relevant experience





* Lead and implement change management strategies across the APAC region for the rollout of SAP SuccessFactor S4 system will be highly preferred





* Trainer for 7 Habits certification will be highly preferred





* Experience working in large scale organisations.Candidates with experience in hospitality, FMCG or service industries will be highly preferred





* Work closely with internal teams such as Project Management Office, IT, systems training team, etc





* Strong presentation skills and capable of managing executive presence effectively;





* Excellent stake-holding and negotiation with good interpersonal and communication skills;





* Strong communicator both in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);





* Occasional travels may be required.
