The Firm
A well-known international law firm with stable and professional working environment is currently are seeking a paralegal to join their team and assist in IPO project work.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Partner, your major responsibilities will include but not limited to: -

  • Performing legal research
  • Reviewing agreements and prospectuses
  • Conducting verification and due diligence check
  • Translation of legal documents

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 1 year solid law firm working experience
  • Good understanding of HK IPO requirements and working procedures
  • Native / Fluent Mandarin and good English will be essential
