A top tier US law firm is currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join their IPO team.

Client Details

Our client has a very strong presence within the capital markets practice in Hong Kong. The US team comprises of a group of highly trained lawyers and legal assistants who work on competitive deals.

Description

Working alongside other Legal Assistants, you will be responsible for work covering US IPO, M&A and compliance matters. You will be required to conduct legal research, draft legal documents, conduct due diligence and provide support to the team.

Profile

The successful law graduate is required to have at least 1 year of IPO experience, where they were responsible for drafting legal documents. They must speak excellent English and Chinese, have a hard-working nature and be able to work in a team. A US qualification is preferred.
