Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to department
  • To schedule meeting arrangement
  • Assist in daily operations, including data inputting, document filing and phone call receiving etc.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc job projects as assigned


  • DSE / Form 5 or above
  • Proficient in MS Office is preferable
  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Immediate available is definitely an advantage
