Job Duties:

  • Maintaining and updating the employee database regarding new hires, leavers, attendance/ leave record, employee movement, etc…
  • Support the manager and the office regarding office administrative duties, including stationary, supplies, filing, etc...
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines (University student is welcome)
  • Experience in administrative / clerical support is higher preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work 3-5 days (9am - 6pm) per week.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
