Part-time Assistant Programmes Officer
Office of Global Education
(Post Ref.: 22/200)

Responsibilities 

  • Provide general clerical and reception duties such as document processing and answering enquiries
  • Maintain filing systems, databases and the office website
  • Assisting in organizing activities and events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
  • Required to work for around 3 to 4 days per week

Requirements

  • Grade E/Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKDSE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • High level of competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese word processing
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good liaison skills with students and teachers

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
