Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society.

The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the Government in combatting illegal gambling. In 2019/20, the Club made a record return to the Government of HK$19.9 billion in duty and profits tax and contributed HK$0.8 billion to the Lotteries Fund. Approved charity and community donations were HK$4.5 billion.

Part-time Customer Relations Ambassador
 

The Department

Owners Relationship Team is a dedicated team offers a wide range of services to horse owners who are the backbone of the racing industry, on both race days and non-race days. The team is responsible to assist horse owners in all ownership matters throughout their horse ownership journey. In order to build a stronger bonding between the Club and Owners, better CRM and a number of relationship building events will be organized in a racing season to maximize optimal result.

 

The Job

You will:

  • Provide professional and excellent customer services to Owners on race days and non-race days, including Public Holidays
  • Handle Owners’ complaints and related enquires
  • Reinforce Club’s policies (e.g. dress code monitoring and location access control)
  • Provide routine operational support and attentive service in Owner Fun Day, including taking care the kids within the designated range
  • Provide immediate assistance to related team in Owners facilities within racecourse
  • Support Owner Relationship Team in the execution of any Owners programs and events

 

About You

You should have:

  • HKCEE/ DSE or above
  • Good communication skills in Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • Solid working experience in customer service
  • Customer-oriented and passionate with good customer service and interpersonal skills

 

Terms of Employment: Pay-rate: HK$84 per hour

Working Location
Happy Valley Racecourse and Sha Tin Racecourse
