Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle customer enquiries received via email, live chats, web base and phone in a rapid response environment
  • Ensure customer enquiries and feedback are attended to quickly (within SLA) and effectively resolve their queries with courtesy
  • Provide correct information to customers promptly using relevant systems and applications
  • Able to work on shift including weekends and public holidays with compensated leave
  • Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by management
  • Routinely report and present customer feedbacks and suggest service improvements in terms of products, systems and daily workflow

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 1 years customer service experience in any industry
  • Energetic, positive attitude and team player
  • Good presentation skill and customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
  • Good spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Independent, self-initiated and well-organized
  • Excellent service attitude with good interpersonal, communication and team skills
  • 7x24 Shift duty public holiday inclusive (Roster Basis, Flexible timeslot)
