An exciting opportunity to join a leading producers of industrial polyester fibers and fabrics with operations across the world. They are looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to join and support the CFO.

Client Details

Our client has been at the forefront of the industrial fibers and fabrics industry. Their client base include energy, transportation and safety industries and is now looking for a Executive Assistant to support the CFO on secretarial and reporting duties.

Description

  • Provide executive assistance supports to the CFO
  • Coordinate meeting and travel arrangement for leadership team
  • Assist the CFO on account receivables reports and work with the sales team on debt chase
  • Work close with HQ on the guest visit and the logistics arrangements
  • Review and source lower cost alternatives suppliers on air ticket, hotels and other admin facilities
  • Manage office administrative works on conference call and mobile phone admin.
  • Coordinate expatriate administration on rental, visa and the ongoing supports
  • Any other reports, project or ad hoc job as assigned

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, and a team player
  • Excellent skills on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • High fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking work environment

Job Offer
