Part-time Executive Personal Assistant

 

Requirements:

* Associate Degree or above preferred

* 2-3 years of related experience in AIA personal assistant position

* With Marketing and Personal Branding sense

* Strong written skill in English and Chinese is a plus

* Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

* Hard working, with stable and mature mentality

* Strong communication and superiority skills, detailed-minded, organized and high flexibility

* Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and outlook etc, preferably AI files

* Must have a strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, initiative and willing to work under pressure and meet deadline;

* "Can-do" attitude

* Strong organizational skill including the coordination of complex executive meetings and marketing projects preferred;

* Immediately available is highly preferred

* Provide executive assistance and administrative support to team leader and also the team

* Support the general administration duties such as minutes taking, arranging schedule, poster design & marketing events 

* Draft emails, correspondence, and business documents in Chinese & English 

* Act as Project Manager / Project Coordinator in business activities and ad hoc projects when required

* Handle and maintain confidential information and document management

* Communication / Coordination with all working partners

* Assist in brand building and personal image consulting
