Part-time Executive Personal Assistant (part-time: $68/hr / full time: 14-16k depends on experience)

 

Requirements:

* F.5 graduate, Associate Degree or above preferred;

* 2 years or above related experience (preferably in AIA as personal assistant);

* Strong written & spoken skill in English and Chinese is a plus;

* Hard working, with stable and mature mentality;

  • Strong communication and superiority skills, detailed-minded, organized and high flexibility;
  • Highly effective & efficient Adminstration;
  • "Can-do" attitude & problem solving skill;
  • Must have a strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, initiative and willing to work under pressure and meet deadline;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and outlook etc, preferably AI design application;

* Strong organizational skill including the coordination of executive meetings and marketing projects preferred;

  • Immediately available is highly preferred

 

Job description

In this position, you will:

 

* Provide executive assistance and administrative support to team leader and also the team

* Support the general administration duties such as minutes taking, arranging schedule, poster design & marketing events 

* Draft emails, correspondence, and business documents in Chinese & English 

* Act as Project Manager / Project Coordinator in business activities and ad hoc projects when required

* Handle and maintain confidential information and document management

* Communication / Coordination with all working partners

  • Assist in brand building and personal image consulting
