Part-time Lecturers for Full-time Associate Degree Programme

Established in 2000, the College of International Education (CIE) is a self-funded unit of the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) offering full-time Associate Degree Programme and Undergraduate Honours Degree Programmes at both the HKBU Kowloon Tong and Shatin Shek Mun campuses. It is a major education providing unit of the School of Continuing Education (SCE), one of the eight Faculties/Schools of HKBU. CIE currently enrolls about 4,000 students and is committed to sustaining the University’s mission of providing quality whole-person higher education with a Christian heritage. English is used as the medium of instruction at the College. Applications are now invited for the following part-time lecturer positions for the Second Semester of 2020-2021 academic year.

Applicants should possess at least a Master’s degree in relevant discipline and have substantial teaching experience preferably at tertiary level. Competence to use English (and Cantonese for the subjects marked with “ # ”) as the medium of instruction is required.
For 2(a) and 2(c), ability to teach both English Language and English Literature is preferred.
For 2(a), experience in professional theatre performance is preferred.
