This is a Part time Legal Admin role support the legal team of 5 pax, 30 hours per week required.

Client Details

Our client is an American manufacturing company with employees and offices around the globe. They are looking for a Part time Legal Admin to support their Legal team in Hong Kong office.

Description

  • Enter in the key contract information (e.g., contract parties, expiration date, etc.) into a database;
  • Perform administrative ad-hoc tasks as assigned (e.g. travel planning, meeting organization, creating, editing and formatting presentations and documents, processing incoming contract requests, invoice handling, preparing travel and expenses reports, matter management);
  • Leveraging Microsoft Office tools and other systems as required by business.

Profile

  • Experience in handling legal document is an advantage;
  • Ability to work 30 hours a week initially and open for full-time role;
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools;
  • Fluent in speaking, reading and typing in both English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Excellent attention to details, attendance and punctuality;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and maintain confidential information;
  • Ability to use good judgment and act with integrity;
  • Demonstrated flexibility and agility with workload, commitments, and schedule.
