Overview:
The Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Software Subscription Sales of Lumesse Talent Acquisition Solutions (Requirement and Onboarding Software) in Southern China, Taiwan, and Philippines market.

In addition the person will also be responsible for managing and growing an assigned set of existing customers. As an individual contributor, this person will carry personal quarterly sales quota (target).

 

Responsibilities:
Recruit New Partners in assigned territory, Manage the Channel Sales for our Recruitment Solutions - "TalentLink"

Grow business with exiting customer and manage timely renewal on subscription

 

Requirements:
Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Human Resources
>+ 5 years related Sales experience in IT, Recruitment Agency, HR Solutions companies, or any other B2B businesses ERP, SAP, CRM, ATS
Past work experience in Southern China, Taiwan, and Philippines is desirable
Must be fluent in English both written and spoken
A strong team player & Willing to travel
