Our client, a HK top-tier listed company, is now inviting high caliber candidate to join them for partnership and business development of their well-established membership programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the partnership networks in multiple channels and identify potential partners for on-going business development
  • Identify and invite new merchants to join the partnership network and maintain good relationship with existing partners
  • Develop collaboration strategy with partners, conduct business analysis and presentations
  • Plan and carry out effective sales and marketing strategies for new products/ services
  • Keep close track with market trends and conduct competitive analysis and analysis of consumer needs
  • Coordinate with marketing team and partners for implementing effective marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in marketing, business administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or partnership roles
  • Strong business networks with good communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced in working closely with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Knowledge of customer loyalty and relations management is a plus
  • Business acumen with good sense and knowledge of margins and costing
  • Self-motivator, result-oriented, attentive to details and pro-active
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
