Report to the head of department, you will be managing relationship with the partners and in charge of the reward scheme within the loyalty program.

Client Details

Our client is a leading property group in Hong Kong and is actively expanding their business.

Description

-Drive development and expansion with partners; able to identify business expansion opportunities

-Initiate reward strategies and increase acquisition rate of the loyalty program

-Initiate possible reward and offer schemes with partners

-Work with the internal strategy and management team to plan further rewards development

-Partner with the internal analytics teams and gain interal stakeholder agreement

-Analyse competitors activities and keep abreast of the market offers, trends and updates

Profile

-University degree in any discipline

-8-10 years of relevant experience in partnership &rewards

-Good communication skills and able to manage internal stakeholders

-Previous exposure from banks/credit card companies is a plus

-Able to work in a fast and dynamic environment
