Passenger Sales Executive

 

Job Duties:

  • Implement sales strategies and policies in line with the guidelines from the Principal and the company’s objectives. Set up sales call plans, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms and ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed;
  • Regular sales visits to travel agents and customers to provide the services of our Principal(s);
  • Handle customers’ requests and complaints and provide necessary support and service in a professional manner;
  • Prepare and manage sales budget and to ensure all financial targets are achieved;
  • Prepare and manage selling tariff to the market in conjunction with the Principal;
  • Maintain excellent relationship with key accounts and Travel Agents to ensure airlines’ representations are being properly and effectively promoted in the market;
  • Collect market intelligence and prepare reports to the management;
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in airlines or travel industry
  • Knowledge in airline ticketing and reservation system preferably SABRE is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Tactful in customers handling, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good communications skills, detail-minded, patient, able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and a good team player
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry
  • Proficient in PC applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Immediate available is preferred
