About the Client

We are representing a multinational healthcare services company looking for a seasoned Payroll & HR Admin Manager to lead the team.

About the Role

  • Report to Head of HR and lead a small team
  • Oversee the day-to-day payroll operation, including calculation, reviewing and processing payroll data
  • Perform and completion of all kinds of reconciliation and reports on time
  • Lead and work closely with vendors on the payroll system implementation and enhancement
  • Ensure full compliance under local regulatory obligations and provision of seamless payroll services
  • Assist in any adhoc tasks assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of payroll and/ or HR Shared Services experience
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP payroll system
  • Independent, motivated and with strong analytic skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (e.g. Pivot table, Vlookup)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
