An industry leading F&B group is now seeking for a high calibre individual to join them as the Payroll Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire payroll operation for the Company
  • Supervise a team of payroll specialists to deliver payroll operation, annual tax filing and other related payroll activities in a professional manner
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on payroll matters, and monitor the outsourcing payroll vendor so to ensure high level of deliverables are attained
  • Lead the team in reviewing and revamping payroll process and procedures
  • Manage and oversee payroll and tax matters of expatriate and secondee
  • Participate in HR or payroll projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant
  • University graduate with a degree preferably in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits/ payroll administration in which at least 3 years in supervisory role
  • Seasoned HR practitioner in overseeing payroll operations, preferably with both in-house and outsourcing exposure
  • Process solid and extensive experience in large scale payroll operation is a definite advantage
  • Independent, excellent people manager and capable to lead the team to accomplish goals effectively
  • Demonstrate strong sense of understanding in HR initiatives and business acumen
  • Detail minded, well organized, and able to prioritize & cope with multi-tasks
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills to interact with different levels of internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
