Our client, an international financial company, is looking for payroll officer to join their dynamic team, starting on-board immediately


  • Prepare paperwork and data entry for all New Hires

  • Prepare payroll process and payroll reports

  • Handle manual payments

  • Assist in preparing the tax returns

  • Liaise with internal and external parties, such as country officers, payroll vendor

  • Support on site training events

  • Handle assigned ad hoc tasks


  • Degree in Accounting, Human Resources management or business related discipline

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in payroll or HR related work

  • Experience in using SAP system is an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
