You will

  • Prepare relevant documentations (forms, letters and other supporting documents) for visa applications and be responsible for the whole process
  • Liaise and meet with clients throughout the application process
  • Submit visa applications at the Immigration Office
  • Assist to handle payroll process inclusive of payroll calculation and system maintenance
  • Handle employers' tax return filing for clients
  • Responsible for clerical and administrative work such as update cash book, cheque payment etc.
  • Assist and participate in various outsourcing ad-hoc projects

You have

  • Bachelor Degree/diploma holder in human resources, accounting or business administration
  • 1 years of relevant experience in payroll, legal or migration services supporting role
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin
  • Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, outspoken, keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skill
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
