About the company

Our client is one of the well-established multi-national banking groups in Hong Kong. Due to the recent expansion, they are looking for a Performance Management Manager for their Sales Channel team.

About the role

Directly reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you are responsible for formulating sales strategies in developing and driving bank product business of branch network. You will conduct sales analysis and design sales incentive programs to boost product sales. You are required to work closely with marketing and product teams for new products launch and product campaign. You also have to evaluate the effectiveness of product sales from different sales channels and report findings and recommendations to senior management.

About the person

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
  • University Degree holder, preferably in Business related disciplines.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in sales performance analysis in banks.
  • Strong in business sense with good analytical skills.
  • Well-versed Excel skills and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independent and meet tight deadline.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
