Professional consulting services company with small office in North Point (close to MTR) – is looking for a  HALF-DAY ADMIN ASST/CUSTOMER SERVICE (AM/PM – 2 posts) – with details as follows :
 
  • University graduates  
  • Over 1 year working experience in office environment
  • Interest in administrative and clerical support
  • PC proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Responsible for data entry and other clerical support
  • Handle phone calls, filing and typing
  • Provide customer service by phone and by email 
  • Support human resources & office administrative duties
  • Half day work (morning or afternoon – 2 posts)
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri)
  • Office location : North Point
  • Annual leave : 12 days
  • HK banking holiday
  • MPF
