Our client is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

 

Personal Assistant (Urgent)

 

Requirements:-

 

  • Master graduate
  • Male or Female is welcome
  • Male and Female is welcome
  • At least 3 years relevant experience serving senior executive/family is highly preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility, team player, well organized and detail minded; with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

 

Responsibilities :-

 

  • Handle Director's personal and household matters and secretarial support independently
  • Communication / co-ordination with nannies, domestic helpers and company drivers
  • Responsible for arranging schedule of family members and children
  • Responsible for managing the household's calendar, travel plans and event arrangement
  • Handle flight tickets, hotel accommodation, travel activities planning, visa arrangements
  • Handle expenses claims and administration matters
  • Assist to work ad-hoc projects as assigned when necessary
  • Business travel with director occasionally
  • Coordinating and liaising with UK housekeeper and Personal Assistant
