Responsibilities: 

  • Provide full support to the head of administrative department
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents  
  • Review expenses claims and reimbursement
  • Handle correspondence, assignments independently and professionally in a tight schedule
  • Other ad-hoc projects and administration duties as assigned 

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Business Administration / Business / Management or related disciplines
  • 1 – 2 years’ working experience in Personal Assistant is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Familiar with MS Windows and Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
