JOB OVERVIEW

 

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Head of Sales

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Maintains files with paperwork relating to all issues relating to the office equipment and machines.

 

  1. Develops and follows up Head of Sales’ clients.

 

  1. Administers the data entry and files master includes copies, etc.

 

  1. Answers multi-line phone and diverts that to Head of Sales and handles in case of his absence.

 

  1. Handles incoming/outgoing mail correspondences as needed.

 

  1. Handles daily agenda and makes travel arrangements for the Head of Sales / department principals.

 

  1. Arranges meetings and supports the meetings by taking minutes, etc.

 

  1. Provides administrative and clerical support for the Head of Sales as requested.

 

  1. Performs any other duties as assigned.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

 

  1. Minimum of three years of administrative experience.

 

  1. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

 

  1. Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritizing workload to meet multiple deadlines.

 

  1. Ability to interpret and analyze job assignments in such a way that they are performed thoroughly, accurately, and with great attention to detail. Ability to understand semi-complex administrative procedures and work independently to meet established deadlines in a timely manner.

 

  1. Ability to treat confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

 

  1. Good in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
