Personal Assistant and Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • As Personal Assistant and Secretary to our Director
  • Assisting Director with their daily business or personal tasks, to prepare the documents and monitor the business record and project status.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post on behalf of the management
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Supervising subordinate to handle all bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense and payroll recording, monitor AR & AP, daily data entry & filing.
  • Staff, manage and develop direct and indirect reports, developing individual staff and organizational capability.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties when required

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma holder in secretary/ finance/accounting/management related disciplines or equivalent.
  • LCC Higher or relevant accounting background is preferred
  • At least 5 years of personal assistant/ secretary and administrative experience.
  • Solid experience in Excel and Word, proficient in PC skills, sound analytical / reporting skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Detail oriented, hardworking, mature, efficient, self-motivated and has good working attitude, ability to prioritize work.
  • Proven leadership and management skills
