The Job

  • Client: 1) Listed Property Developer, 2) Listed Telecommunication Service Provider
  • Position: Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary
  • Responsibilities: Reporting to senior management and responsible for managing diary, travel arrangement, meeting coordination, drafting reports, handling correspondence, general administration work, etc.
  • $20-35K. 5-day, bonus, medical.

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder preferred
  • 3-8 years secretarial experience gained with sizable companies or MNC
  • Experience in serving senior management
  • Independent, responsible, detail-minded
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer application - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
