Our client company is an investment company, it is seeking a Personal Assistant for the Director to handle personal scheduling and other admin tasks and duties.

  • Carrying out secretarial and administrative duties including internal and external communication
  • Scheduling daily workflows on business and personal matters
  • Helping to draft emails in English and Chinese
  • Preparing expense reimbursements
  • Following up a variety of assigned job tasks in a comprehensive and reliable manner;
  • Delivering any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director


  • At least 5 years of secretarial experience, preferably in an English working environment
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Patient and responsible and good at details
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and friendly
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to multi-tasks.
