Job Descriptions & Duties:

  • Handling Cases assigned by Director
  • General Clerical Duties
  • Handling Recruitment Processes
  • Posting Recruitment Advertisement
  • Reminding and Updating Director's Schedule
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to Director
  • Handle incoming calls, mails and correspondences

Entry Requirements:

  • University graduate in any disciplines
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Cantonese is a MUST
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities 
  • Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision
  • Patience,proactive, smart, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Fresh graduates also considered 
  • Immediate available is an advantage
