Job Description

Our client is the chairman of a conglomerate with several properties in prime locations in Hong Kong. They are seeking for a household manager to provide full support of the family’s matters and making sure their properties are in excellent conditions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor household matters including daily repairing, maintenance, and renovation work of employer's house.
  • Ensure the house is in good condition, e.g. proper functioning of surveillance system, security system and phone system, etc.
  • Assist in other private residential property management projects, e.g. manage vendors and contractors, contract formulation and negotiation, follow-up renovation work progress, etc.
  • Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, drivers, domestic helpers, etc.
  • Managing household's schedules and calendar.
  • Event planning, organizing and coordination.
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Property Management/Hotel Management or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years working experience in property/hotel management. Household management experience will be a definite advantage.
  • Able to speak and communicate fluently in English and Putonghua.
  • Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skill and problem-solving skill
  • Good execution and budget management skill
  • Initiative, detail-oriented and good sense of responsibility
