This position is required to serve our top executive, CEO and leads the office administration function.

Responsibilities:

  • Secretarial and Personal Assistant Support to the CEO
  • Preparation and liaison of various meetings and minutes taking
  • Cost Control in Office Operation and Asset Management
  • Leading the Office Administration and Housekeeping Function
  • Legal and Company Secretarial Support
  • Accounting Support including Annual Budget, Audit and work closely with our Accounting vendor
  • General Office Administration, Renovation and Insurance Control
  • Central filing of critical documents and record management for fulfilling audit requirements
  • Travel Arrangement and Control
  • Ad Hoc Projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce related
  • At least 10 years’ experience in servicing top Executives in reputable companies
  • Has sound PC Skills with a strong acumen on technological development
  • High attention to details as well as fast reaction to changes
  • Proactive and can work flexibly under high pressure
  • Good leadership skill and able to inspire the team
  • Strong communication skills
