The Job

  • Client: 1) Listed Property Developer, 2) Private Investment Company
  • Position: Personal Assistant / Secretary
  • Responsibilities:
    • Reporting to the Top Management
    • Provide business support and running personal errands
    • Manage extensive travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings
    • Event management and external communications
    • General administrative works
  • $25-40K. 5-day, medical, bonus

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • 5 years secretarial experience serving senior management preferably gained with sizable companies
  • Organized and detail-minded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English
