Client Details

Our client is a Chinese financial services company with more than 200 staff in Hong Kong office. Their services including global securities and futures brokerage, institutional sales and trading, corporate finance, fixed income, asset management, private wealth management, etc. Currently looking for a Personal Assistant with good spoken Mandarin and good writing skills to support the CEO.

Description

  • Provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative support for the CEO
  • Prepare presentation materials for client meeting purposes
  • Handle extensive travel, accommodation and other logistics arrangement
  • Schedule appointments and calendar maintenance
  • Attend events/dinners/client meetings with CEO
  • Manage expenses claims, monthly reports and reimbursements
  • Ad hoc projects

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Mandarin is a MUST!
  • Simplified and traditional Chinese typing
  • Good writing skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed oriented, a team player with pleasant personality
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
  • Immediate availability preferred
