Responsibilities

  • Perform full range of secretarial services to Group CEO  in a professional manner
  • Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment
  • Attend business meetings/dinners with Managing Director and maintain good relationship with business partners
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining operation and logistics policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Preparing operational schedules and reports to ensure maximal efficiency.
  • Ensure effective work allocation – monitor and ensure completion of tasks
  • Oversee the recruiting of new staff, from interview to orientation and training
  • Formulate, administrate and implement policies and strategies in human resources planning and management and recruitment
  • Maintain harmonious working relationships and formal/informal communication channels with staff at all levels
  • Handle Managing Director's personal matters, including confidential correspondence and records
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 5-8 years experience in Personal Assistant field for Senior Management is preferred
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Mature, Independent, proactive, detail-minded, flexible and able to work in a fast paced working environment
  • Strong business sense
  • Immediate availability preferred
