Description
  • Assist and report to the Director
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to senior executive including business planning, information & data analysis and document control
  • Support travel arrangements, accommodation & appointment schedules and expenses report
  • Help in creating high-quality, high value-added business report and in collecting and assessing results once they are in place
  • Develop management dashboard to track actual business result
  • Collaborate and communicate with other departments on business performances
  • Coordinate and manage regional and overseas business related activities
  • Prepare presentation materials and reports in a professional standard

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years secretarial experience, preferably in sizeable organizations supporting senior executives
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint); knowledge of Photoshop preferred
  • Flexible, resourceful, detailed mind with good service and team spirit
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
  • Immediate available is an advantage
