Personal Banking Executive (Call Centre) (4-month Contract)


  • Conduct telemarketing calls to existing customers to promote the Bank's products
  • Solicit new business through telemarketing calls in selling bank's products
  • Achieve individual / team's sales targets by implementing Telemarketing program
  • Handle customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner


  • Form 5 or above
  • With experience in financial or insurance industry is a definite advantage
  • Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, client focused and excellent team player
  • Good command in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office application
