Our client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, are now looking for candidates to fit its post of Customer Service Officer (Banking) . 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle credit card enquiries on phone and email 
  • Perform user acceptance test on system enhancement such as eBanking system
  • Check the proper functioning of eBanking system regularly and report to management 

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above
  • Minimum 1 year's customer service experience, banking industry is preferable
